When i drive my car and i shift in to 3 my car grinds my 3 gear if im driving normal i have to drive slow or putt it in 4 gear and down shift does anybody know whats wrong

 

tranny has gone to ****. your syncros inside th tranny are worn out. they are what keep it from grinding when shifting gears and keep the selected gear in place until u decide to shift. best options
-new tranny
or
-rebuild it. id reccomend using an OEM rebuild kit. save u headaches in the long run
-AND A MUST.. USE HONDA GENUINE MANUAL TRANSMISSION FLUID.
