i want to bar my jdm ob1 b16a 2nd gen in my eg...i was told i have to use a USDM p30 but i was wondering if i can use my JDM p30?
how come ppl say it uses pr3 but when i got my clip it came with a p30?

another question is what else would i need to replace or get in order to bar my motor. the obd1 b16 is completely stock that came off a clip.

I don't think you can because those ECUs are tuned differently to meet their smog standards and not ours. But you should call a ref and ask to be sure.

i believe that when people say PR3 they are referring to the obd1jdm integra XSi models (92-93) those did come with the rare obd1 PR3.
