ys1 s80 compatibility question
this what i have,
YS1 101193
S80 3087493
i dont know what the numbers after mean but i posted them in case they are important...
i was told the S80 has a fresh rebuild but i need the 3inch bearing, here are the numbers from the race NTN #SF06A24, i hope that helps...
the main question is, can i use the internals from the S80 in the YS1 cable case and, is it a good idea... also, need to know if i can use the axle's and clutch from the YS1 still...

yes everything from the gsr can be installed into the ys1 case with no problem..... you should use the ys1 style bearings (sealed bearings) on the gsr diff when installing into the new case...
