ls swap 4000k Rev limiter??

ls swap 4000 RPM Rev limiter??
I recently put an OBD1 Ls Swap in my 96 civic coupe i used the single cam OBD2 harness and computer and i am getting a rev limiter at 4000 RPM does anyone no why it is doing this and what could fix it thanks for the help
