Heads that fit on f22 block?
its spelled vtec, not the same as the electronics manufacturer vtech.
any other f series or h series heads (not including the f20c/f22c out of the s2k) can be swapped with varying levels of difficulty.

nope... you can NOT add VTEC to a F22Ax head.
