1997 Accord EX power door locks?

I'm having a problem with my power door locks, they will not operate, I think it might be a relay or a fuse. Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction?

- Master control box thingy (believe this is in the front driver's door)
- door actuators (if they make a whirring noise)
- check power to the actuator with a multimeter
- etc
