Clearly you didn't try everything or your car would work now wouldn't it?

If it worked right before you installed your deck, then maybe it has something to do with that? Don't think that just because you think they are unrelated that they are. Go back to the way it was before you f'ed around with things and see if it works.

Also check your ground on the Tstat housing. Remove it and clean it up with some sandpaper and reinstall it.

quick way to tell if it's a fuel problem, try pulling your injectors out of your head while leaving them attatched to the fuel rail and have someone crank it for a second or two over a container of some sort. you'll either see fuel coming out or you won't. if no fuel comes out then take out your injectors and see if those are the problem. if no fuel still comes out then i would think it's the fuel pump since you have tried replacing the main relay.

Read the manual and jump the wires for the fuel pump. If you jump the wires and the fuel pump comes on relay again. If it doesnt prime jumping assume the pump just all of a sudden took a ****.

There is diagram that shows you which pins to jump to get it to prime.

(this is at the main relay also)

found the problem, it was the ecu p28.. put 12v wire to fuel pump primed and car would start, so i knew it wasnt the fuel pump, so i chcked relays nothing so i pulled out the ecu and even tho p06 obd1 isnt vtec i knew it would start the car and car primed and stared right up. so now i need a 0bd1 man p28 anyone have one for cheap lol. but thanks everyone for ur support.
