not too long ago i put new tailights in my car after taking off the bumper i noticed some sort of square vent type thin that u cant see with the bumper on does anyone have any clue what they are or why they are there thanks for any help

 

havent seen it cuz i havent nd dont plan on changin my tailights.....

 

On the climate control, the button that shows the air being "circulated" when pressed... closes that vent. lol These have gone back quite some time.
