Default rear koni adjustment for 10k spring

Hi guys, my konis are the older model that needs removal to adjust. Last night I put on some fresh 10k springs in ther rear and now the read is all jumpy. It seems that the yellows are a bit soft (1/2 turn from full soft) but since adjusting is quite a hassle, I decided to ask and probably save some time. I'm also a bit new on setting up shock stiffness, so a bit of advice on diagnosing too stiff or too soft shocks would be appreciated.

What I plan on doing tomorrow morning is the following, please if you have a better suggestion, tell me.

First, let me share this, when I go over a bump, i feel the bump from the front wheels and a momenta after that the car starts bouncing seemingly a moment after the rear has gone over the bump. This is felt at speeds above like 40kph... lower than that I feel no bouncing. An I correct in assuming that this is caused by soft rear shocks?

Assuming i have to stiffen the rear and that I'm 1/4 turn from full soft, I thought of trying just in the middle. If the bouncing continues, I'try fullhard. If it disappears, I'd soften a bit to see if it baunces again. correct? If anyone knows a good and tried setting for koni yellows (not revalved) with 10k springs and a stripped EF (15mm rear sway) please chime in and save me at least some trial and error

Thanks.

you'll have to run them pretty much full hard with this spring rate

fair enough... so I'll go full hard tomorrow.

But then, how does one recognize a shock that's too stiff? I know the ride gets quite harsh with way too stiff shocks, any other pointers?

you'll feel it.

Go maybe a quarter from full stiff...it's really personal though !

Of the shelf yellows can't handle 500?

560 is pretty near of the hypothetic limit of the shock

I Tried 1/4 turn from full stiff today. The car is much better.
I'm still not fully satisfied as in hard cornering on bumpy surfaces I still get some diagonal craddle like motion, but it's much better than before. I couldn't try full hard today, but I'll do that tomorrow.
In city driving, ther car is a bit jumpy, but I had the opportunity to try it in some kind of spirited mountain driving and it's actually pretty good. Much better than what i expected after driving in the city.... seems like speed somehow cures the bouncing a bit.

Thanks guys, i'll post more info when i try full stiff.
