50/50 tails on EJ6 sedan
Good day folks. Ive searched and searched. Looking for DIY instructions on red/ clear tail lights for my 97 sedan, because altezzas are ghey to the max, and that gross amber color in the rear signals gives me nightmares.
You can't remove the amber. The entire piece of plastic is tinted amber. You will need replacement taillights (or at least those sections) in order to make them clear.
Some other countries have these pieces (Canada's 1.6EL and Japan's Integra SJ).

This is painstaking news. I wanted to spend as little money as possible. If I had tail lights as well as a trunk from a 99-00, would everything bolt on without any hassles?
IIRC from a thread on the same subject within the past two days, you will have to splice the wiring together. I think there will be an extra wire left over.
Just get some 1.6EL outer taillights. It's only Canada. You should be able to find some through a member on here.

Then the corners should be easy to find.
