i can get it machined and i have everything i want to make it as reliable as possible with my budget

http://www.importbuilders.com , they have built many reliable ls/vtec and b20/vtec motors. Thats why I went with them to build my motor as well. Very cool guys working over there I am sure they will hook you up.
