Default pressing brake=rpm raise

ok heres the deal- when my car is at idle i can press and release my brake repeatly and i will get about a 800 to about 1k raise in rmp.... i thought maybe it was just in my head but i have tried it several times and it always does same thing.. has anyone else ever noticed this? any ideas or solutions would be appreciated......

It's just normal. Pressing a brake pedal draws vacuum from the intake manifold thus rpms go higher a bit.
