I dont think so since they are made for a B series VTEC motor.

B18B valves have stem diameters of 6.58-6.59mm and 6.55-6.56mm for the intake and exhaust valves, respectively. The B18C# valves have stem diameters of 5.475-5.485mm and 5.450-5.460mm for the intake and exhaust valves, respectively. They will not work.
