In my opinion i make my cars in this order, most don't but o well

1 Str8 Interior
2 Str8 Body/paint
3 build up suspension
4 Swap/Build motor

I always thought it was better to get a nice interior 1st of all because thats where your sitting thats where your lady's are sitting you want that **** clean. Yeah the outer appearance mite be bad but id rather be sitting on minty seats with a rusted quarter then shredded seats with blue interior and mint paint.
