Default 84mm bore=2.0L???

i got my LS block bored out to 84mm (isnt 84mm 2.0L) and im putting an ITR head on it.. can i now call it a B20/Vtec? or is there more to a crv block than just bore size.

make sure when you do the head you also open the combustion chamber to 84mm

I wouldn't do that, maybe unshroud the valves more for better flow around them, but I wouldn't hog out all that material.

how did your machine shop bore out a LS block to 84mm? that's impossible unless they re-sleeved it.......

you can call it a LS/VTEC because no one will ever know the accual piston size unless they can see them.......

well it's still an ls soo... as far as opening up the c/c it isn't gonna make any real power gains, although if your on the edge of denoation it couldn't hurt. quick question are you leaving it n/a?

so with a GSR block i would have more power? if i put the same components in it..?
