1994 accord ex 4dr.

Just 2nite while i was driving, i came to a light and pressed on my brakes to stop,
then i noticed that my hazard lights lit up but was not flashing, also when i let go of the brake it go off. Then when i started signaling(driving) left or right while my foot is on the brake pedal, then hazard light would come on and i hear a clicking sound by the gear box. Then i had a friend press on the brakes while signaling(parked) i noticed that all the lights in the rear are flashing on and off. the front side corners would turn off while signal is on. Has anybody had a problem like this? Any blown fuses? What should i do? Please HELP!

P.S this happens when my lights are on.
