We have a '96 Accord and we can be driving and the engine "dies" for a split second and the guages drop down to zero. The headlights will kick off and come back on and this can also happen at a stoplight. We have had the alternator checked and it's okay, or it has been suggested it could be the ignition switch. However, when we jiggle key while engine is running, it doesn't cause the problem. The radio stations will lose their settings when this happens. Any suggestions?
