where do they sell replacement brake pads and how much?

As Rob stated; if it fits in the stock ITR caliper then it will fit in the Spoon caliper, assuming that we're talking about the twin-blocks. Some people use a shim or two to ensure that the pad sits nice and snug, depending on the pad chosen.
