I am doing a swap and now I have my CX motor. I want to sell it but what realistically is it worth. Someone offered me $50 and I said no way. Keep in mind this is the entire drive train: engine, tranny, axels, wiring harness, ecu, linkage... thanks btw, let me know if you are interested

 

I would pay no more than 200.

 

To be honest most of the time it's hard to unload one of those in the first place. You can get the d16z6 with almost twice the hp full swaps from 250-500 bucks easily. Personally my friends with cx swaps hold on to the cx motor setup incase they blow a engine and need something for the downtime to throw in as for some it's there daily drivers just a idea. I'd take 50-100 bucks if I was selling a cx. If it's lower miles I'd try for 200 but don't get your hopes of if your looking to move fast.

 

$50 for that 70hp 8 valve pile of ****

 

$50 for the engine, $50 for the tranny.

$100 for the whole swap with everything.
