sorry for not being clear but in the picture, they are between the upper and lower radiator hoses. there's two cylindrical shaped cans in the center of the picture.

I'm going to say they're solenoids, but for what I'm not sure.

Info on car? Year/Make/Model

It looks to be an F22B2 Automatic transmission, and those are the lockup control solenoids A & B. There are two more further down on the front of the transmission and those are the Shift control solenoids A & B.

Yes its the infamous F22B2 motor. Okay so should I clean it with gasoline? I hear its a maintenance thing.

If you really need to clean them I would use some WD-40 or other lubricant to clean them up a bit. If you use a chemical cleaner or gas it will strip the metal of any sort of corrosion protection. If you do decide to use a chemical cleaner make sure to coat them with a lubricant after you are done cleaning them.

Read this link. It shows a picture of the solenoids, and how to inspect them. Clean them with carberator cleaner or brake cleaner, but not gasoline.
