Wierd Lights problem.

Wierd Lights problem.
I first start my car and lights stay bright. When I drive off for 3min, below 40mph, switching gears my interior and healights brighten up only when switching gears. When im above 40mph all my interior stays bright.
Any Idea? Autozone and OReilly says battery and alternator okay. But still have a feeling its the battery.
