Default Help! Which springs?

I'd appreciate if you guys could help me choose some springs, here's what I'm looking for:

Info: Car is 98 ek hatch, shocks are koni yellow

Drop: I want as little drop as possible. (not more than 1.5-2")

Spring rates: 450f/400r or something close to that.

In other words, I need a race setup that doesn't drop too much,

Which springs should I go for?

Thanks

With rates that high, why not just call Ground Control and be able to set the drop exactly where you want it?

Ground controls are way overpriced imo, but looks like thats what I'm gonna have to do.

H&R Sports are too much of a drop you are looking for. They leave only a one finger gap.

actually those rates are the H&R race. Its actually pretty soft.
Only springs i can think of is the neuspeed which are a little more firm, but the drop is a bit more then 2 inches. You can try Swift springs they have wide selection of springs you can pick from with rates.
