get the Nopi one...the other one sounds stolen...brand new with scratches ? no box...hmmm....plus you don't know who makes it plus with nopi you have a reciept from a legitatmate business so if your car gets stolen (heaven forbid) you have a reciept to take to insurance to get it replaced

Is there an option "C"?

I don't like the first one; did I miss the brand name on it? Anyway, chromed headers make no sense - they look awful quickly, and ceramic ones do better with keeping the heat in the spent air.

Second one looks better, but my personal preference is to get a Kamikaze - no porting necessary for a zc, and I've never heard of people having problems with them.

"c" well I guess I could go with a Pacesetter....that too would be under $200.00 which is where I'm trying to stay.

Kamikazi are good if you are running a Supercharger or MAYBE NO2. Too large for normally aspirated. Not optimum because of that. Pacesetter is crap, Sports and comact car did a dyno and Pacesetter had a net loss over stock manifold. Plus it rusts out quick. Chikaras a fair cheap headers I hear.
