How is the engine tuned up, but not running?
What's wrong with the motor, and what will it take to get it running?
Who did the maintenance, and at what intervals?
What weight is the suspension sprung for?

Not to step on your toes, but just so everyone here knows.

If a motorcycle is dropped or "falls" as you indicated, the handle bar/clip ons would not have snapped or broken and the crank case cover would not have been broken either...After riding for many years, having many "mishaps" with many friends and many bikes, something is off about this...

Factor in the sketchiness of it being your bike or your friends, plus the damage from falling over being so extensive, to 95K on the chasis....If you're willing to sell it for 500, I'll take a look at it...If not, good luck with the sale.
