Just wondering if anyone have the same issue, so every 1,500 miles I drive, i notice that my engine burns oil and i have to put about half quart into it. is that natural....

1/2 quart every 1500 miles is not excessive consumption. Have you performed a compression test recently?

its a honda... any honda will do this. dont worry about it, just dont forget to add some.

the problem as i understand it is the oil pressure on hondas is extremley high compared to other cars. this is needed for vtec to engage. like i said, dont worry about it.

another point is RX-7's, rotary's burn oil by design, theres no way to lubricate an apex seal and keep the oil from getting burnt.
