I just installed a cool air intake in my honda accord. i was wondering whats up with the intake air resonator. The check valve the solenoid valve and the control vacume tank?? Its under the air intake. Its this little box. How important is this?? Should i put it back on. It runs fine but i do hear a ticking noise comming from the solenoid. Its not a lifter because when im driving you can hear it, but if im in park its comming from the solenoid. Any tips. Should i but box back on and hook everything back up??
The box has a flap on the inside of the box it also has a vacum line going into it and one electronic conector. It hooked right into the old intake and some air was going into it. Did i get the wrong intake??

i also got a Ghetto Chip for my accord. Do i put the chip into the plug that was in the mini intake below the main intake? The chip needs a two hole plug; just wondering if my guess was right.

Thankx for posting that site. Mine took a half an hour and runs damn strong. I really can tell the diffrence fo sho.
