I race a 1991 acura integra GS and the rules state that you can do whatever you want to make it faster WITHOUT adding aftermarket parts.. I CAN however do head work to it, or anything like that! cause they wont catch that.. can anyone help me out??

"because they won't catch that". Nice, way to cheat the system.

If you can't add parts then you are looking at shedding weight. Take out your interior? Remove things from the engine bay that you may not need. ABS/Power Steering/AC, etc.

As for gaining power without doing bolt ons... you can try port matching your intake and exhaust manifolds.

thanks man.. the interior is already gutted out of it, i removed the ac core, spare tire, windows, headlights, tail lights, and windshield wiper motors, and blades.. My number is 11K i race this car on a dirt oval track here in ks, and im just wanting to see if anyone knows how to make this car faster without bolting anything on!!
