Well after almost two months i just got refunded the block money by my bank from paypal. i filed a fruad claim against ben and paypal with my bank. The bank sent out an afidavit form for me to fill out and i told them i was not in possesion of either the block or the cash which i paid for it with, and that i wanted to be made whole. Which means by law i needed either the goods i paid for or my cash back and that i was denied by paypal and the seller of a refund or a block.

So long story short if some one screws you over like what happened to me. go straight to your bank after filing the paypal claim cuz paypal's process sucks.
PS I AM STILL LOOKING FOR A BUILT BSERIES TURBO BLOCK

odds are he'll have a reply in a little bit and this thread will get locked because take sides without knowing the whole truth. but...its still god to know that you got your money back

 

Damn I just searched your name quis to pm you about when I was receiving my court papers and I found this thread.

I am glad for the both of us that you got your money back from the bank, I sure as hell did not want to drive to CT for this mess and dont really have the time to deal with it. Guess we will never know what happened but I am just pleased you got what you were trying to get.


BTW: you could of simply made the heading update on my block issue, but w/e if you think I scammed you then w/e

 

If he got his money back... and you didn't have to give it back.... then who covered it? UPS? i don't know what happened here, and i am not taking sides, just curious about what happens in these circumstances as i have alot of online transactions. thanks

 

my bank did not say wether or not it was paypal or ups who refunded me they said after doing their investigation that i was intitled to be refunded my money so i am happy. still wish it never came to this tho its was just a fcked up situation to be in on both sides.

 

finally a resolution compared to the endless scamming on this site. congrats.

I think you are confused They didnt take any money from me.

i wish my bank was good i got scammed on a k pro ecu recently and paypal got me no money back and the bank wouldnt do anything

 

all in all who cares ill just save up and build my own block this time. I blew my stock motor like two weeks ago and with my refund money i picked up another stock block from nhswaps13203 untill i can build my own. Thread over just wanted to let every one know the outcome of the situation.

I just had a nice lengthy convo with paypal, and according to them, when you send me 3 seperate payments of $300 $200 and $420.... you sir did not have the funds to cover those transactions in your account, as stated by paypal, and confirmed after i asked them repeatedly if that was correct. Also by you strategically sending me 3 seperate payments, and even more me accepting 3 seperate payments, I am no longer elgible for the seller protection policy, so i sit currently with -$860 something in my paypal account. Now I wonder since you are such an expert at buying and selling parts, you knew this **** all along which is why you were so pushy about sending me what little money you had to secure the block even after I insisted I was not going to sell it to anybody else.

Now I really dont give a **** about the neg balance in my paypal, because it did not come out of my bank account and never will, just now you got me fuc*ing pissed off. I hope you got a pretty suit because more than likely you are going to court...../

i think paypal is a bunch of b.s. now, idk about seller preotection yet but they do not cover or insure anything that is not on ebay, so if you get scammed they do their "best" to get your money back. They need to have or be insured for any transaction because scamming has been an ongoing situation for a very long time now. If you think about it, it so easy to do anyone can do it its just that easy, guess thats why their is so many of them

 

i did not scam you palpay just screwed you since the bank made them refund me. some one had to take a loss its obvious paypal was not going to. My paypal account is $-520 since they took the $400 i had in there from something i just sold we are both negative. Last i still never recieved the motor two i just brought a motor from some one local, y would i do that if i had your block that would be wasting money and since you swear i am broke i deffinatlly could not do that. also i will bring my bank statements to court showing how much was in my checking account when i sent the payments, so despite what paypal says i have paper proof showing thats a lie straight from bank of america.

i went to edit and erased what i just typed but basically i had the cash in there when i sent the payments. I have the proof l so paypal can take the no money in the account story and shove it where the sun don't shine

So i dont know what kind of math they are doing but what they say does not add up to the numbers i see. Like i said its my hobby and i like to do things a little slower so i dont take a big hit if some thing more important than my car comes up.
So yes i made payment big deal i have let people make payment to me before with no issue. Sometimes you just have to budget your self and sending 3 payment is better than loosing all that money at once.

We will see, I have several more call to paypal before I actually get someone that will fold and turn me over to a higher up, all I know is you cant deny a claim and then come back 2 months later and hit an account just because someone on the other side said they got ripped off. Like I said this will not come out of my personal money, but I want my damn paypal account back, my whole car is stalled due to this ****, I never had one issue in over 4 yrs of having a paypal account until you and that other guy all at the same time.

I also want to know why that bitch @ paypal said that you pulled 3 overdrafts

 

thats fine have them do that i called them this week to try and get my account right because of this i just sold a turbo to some one for charity since i did not get a cent from it.
Like i said they can say that but i can show statements so i am not worried about that. Also over drawing 920 would screw me alot more than you once they charge me a fee for each over draft i would be like -1100. So that would not help me to screw up my personal account that i use to pay bills with over a motor. that could quite possibly be the silliest **** i have ever heard.

 

I know its stupid, thats why I made the girl reconfirm it several times, and then picked her head as to how that is possible, I asked her so I can have a 0 balance in my account and send 3 seperate negative payments to someone and it will go through..... and she said yes. That is when I immediately came on here and re-opened this thread. Give me some more time, I have not gone to fill out any papers or anything yet, I really really dont want to go through all that.... I just want my damn account back to 0 or the positive number that it was before...../rant
