ive been wrenching for awhile but i have no one to do it with. this whole s2000 thing is so foreign to me compared to a civic and i definitely need some help.
i will be replacing my soft top for one with a glass rear window and need someone to help me with it. (it might be a full frame switch or just the actual top)
some incentive would be i could provide food and beer (non-alcoholic drinks if you prefer) some cash and an opportunity for a photoshoot (nikon d80 at my disposal. plus you get to make a new friend? haha
i would try to tackle this task myself, but im a bit limited do to time (full time student, full time job). and i figured 4 hands would be better then two. (actually the person im picking up the replacement said hes down to help as well but neither of us have any s2k knowledge or at least lackthereof. and need any help we can get.
o yea i have a 01 GPW. thanks for taking the time to read and if you could help, that would really make my day
one last thing, would it be easier to just replace the full frame or just replace the top cover?

2 things.
I would inspect the top frame very well to ensure it was tweaked with the impact.
Also if that top a oem glass top with frame installed on there or was it the 00-02 glass top mod?

to be honest with you, i have no idea...and based on what hes told me i dont think he knows either since he probably bought it at a lot the way you see it. from the writings on the windshield, i bet thats where he got it....
yea ima fully inspect it before purchase, so hopefully everything is still in good condition. how much is that thing worth anyways. (pm me your opinion)
