I've ran wires through he firewall of my 5th gen. I went for the highest hole in the firewall. It just comes out behind the glove box. What I did was take a clothes hanger or some kind of skinny rod and go through the grommet at a real steep angle and you will be able to find it on the inside. Connect the wires to other side and pull the rod all the way through.
It may not be the safest way considering all the components and other electronics behind the glove box (I can’t recall exactly what’s behind there), But that’s how I pull wire through a house so I did on my car. Worked.
I hope this helps.

It does help. I feel like the only people who ever reply on honda-tech these days are people who want to flame. or say "x2" because they were too lazy to come up with an answer on their own.
