my question is if i cut the yel/grn wire on the distributor plug will my car turn on if the wire is cut...?

yel/grn wire= ICM (ignitor)

 

why exactly do you need to cut that wire????

 

well i made my own distributor adapter wiring to make my obd2b b16 plug n play with my 92 dx engine wiring(obd1).....

i turned on the car but since my adapter wiring was kinda messy i rewired it again and it didnt turn on....

(but when the car turned on it didnt rev past 3500rpms....)

any help....?
