Hey fellas i'm kinda new to this site, but anyone who might of had the same problem that while the engine is on the gears won't go in and the tranny will grind if you try to put in the gears, but as the engine is off the gears go in fine. Anybody got any clues and if i know of any problems that ive encounted then ill get back at yall.

 

you need a new clutch

 

your clutch took its last breath! either your disc or your preasure plate is fried! try a f-1 clutch kit on e.bay real cheap but a great product im running the stg 2 w/carbon cevlar disc cost about $250 shipped handles the 204 hp and 148tq like nothing i recomend this brand sice the last act stg 2 clutch that cost around $650 handles the same and the f-1 brand is if not better couse of the carbon cevlar disc! good luck

 

check to see if the clutch slave cylinder is leaking, cause if it is then you pry dont have any fluid to engage the clutch and that is why it grinds when the engine is on. You are basically using no clutch to shift in that situation. Hopefully that helps!
