Default Springs on an EG

I ahve a completely stock EG6 from performance to suspension.. and im wondering what the best springs to get for the EG for canyon running...
i heard H&R are commonly used because they are affordable and good but i have no experience with any springs i have pretty much kept all my cars stock help?

I've got Tanabe GF210's with Tokico Illumina dampers on my EG and they feel really nice. The springs aren't too stiff so they ride well on the street and when I go on canyon/mountain runs I stiffen the dampers and it handles very well.
With your stock dampers I don't think only installing performance springs will make it handle that well. I think the dampers are what makes the biggest difference.
I think it also depends on the condition and twistiness of the the roads. If the road is really tight and twisty you can probably use softer springs and stiffen the dampers to make it handle better, but if the roads have long sweepy turns you might have to get stiffer springs to keep body roll to a minimum when the car takes a set.

I don't have h&R's so I can't comment on those. If I were you I would just save up to get a spring and damper combo all at once.

To answer your question, Tanabe GF210's
