About 5 or 6 months with 3/4 of a tank it was also really cold and had a lot of snow around it if that makes a difference. I'm guessing that the fuel filter is going to need to be replaced not sure if the pump will need to be
hope not don't have a lot of $ and i need to sell soon.

my advice would be do a full tune up to prolong the life of the car for the next buyer and keep receipts if you want to charge them more...
do fuel filter, then run seafoam without o2 sensor in header...
then change spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and oil change...
should run like a beaut when done if you use fresh gas before all of this

You can try adding a bottle of that Heat Water remover which has a lot of alcohol or methanol which removes water from the gas.
