Default 90 accord studder under load

90 accord ex 2.2 at 155,000
OK i will give all i know and if more is needed i will get it or have it and forgot to add. 3 days ago i ran it good since then it has a miss under load about 1/8 1/4 thr. betwen 1400-2200 +-100. since i have tested all i thought i could egr cleaned it. (it was bad)tested to see if it held vac. no change, . when i unplug the egr vac line and run it no problem but get a cel... i put 12v to the egr valve it worked.
cheked map sensor with vac gauge and as i added vac the volts went up. could the map sensor do this and where to find one for under 100 bucks. any help would be great i need the car to get to work to support the famaly. Or where I should be lookin. thank you all...

I think this link below might help you based on your description of the problem.
Not sure where you put 12V onto the EGR valve though?
One other diagnostic will confirm the EGR ports plugged up;
Put vacum on the EGR while at idle, or reach your finger under the top and push it up, the engine SHOULD stumble or die, if not the EGR ports are plugged up.
