Default Headlight Problems

I just bought some clear corners, and the corners look way cleaner than the headlights of course. So i bought some headlight cleaner. My brother and i started cleaning the headlight when we noticed the grime was inside the headlight. Looks like water got into the headlight and it has what looks like water spots, soap scum, or just grime. Is it possible to clean the headlight without damaging the reflection part of the headlight? or am i SoL and have to buy new ones.

i myself had the same problem, take the headlight out put it in the oven about 200 degrees or 120, keep a close eye on it with the oven light on for 15 to 20 minutes get some oven mets and a razer blade slice the glue around the lens, then slowly pull the lens off, should come out ease, clean the inside, then used silicone to seal the lens back. that how i did it with my headlights and they came out badass.
