Doing a b16 swap into EF, Need guidance!
So, I've already gotten past getting the old motor out and when putting the EF's original harness onto the b16 I ran into some problems...there is a green plug in the back of the block by the oil filter, that which there is no plug for on the harness...also, what looks to be some type of temp sensor or knock sensor in the back of the block also (its a shiny green with two goldish pins coming out which you slide the 2 plastic clips onto) I need to know which wire goes to which pin, also..is there anyway to run the original o2 sensor, of the 2 that cam with the motor the one that would have plugged in was cut at the very end of the o2, leaving no wire...Quick and responsive help would be very appreciated as I am trying to finish this swap today.

The first plug you talk about is the knock sensor--you have to add that wire.
The one with the two prongs sticking out is the fan switch, and I dont think it matters what wire clips to what.
Yes, if you are keeping it 0BD0 you can use the existing 02 sensor, but you need to add another one.
The wires you need to add to your harness are--
Knock sensor-
Vtec pressure switch-
Vtec solenoid-
02 sensor-
Here are where you depin and repin at the new ecu---
Just follow the RED pinouts------------

And here is the location of the 02 wires to the ECU---

Plus there are a few detailed walk throughs up in the FAQ at the top of our EF page

Yes, If you have the O2 wires wrong, it will run like poop.
