DON'T Buy from GOTBOOSTHATCH....

I bought an OBX LSD for a H22 Transmission from him. Shortly after I received it I noticed that at least one of the washers were damaged (no surprise) so I e-mail him because he said "I didnt have any problems with it in my tranny." and obviously if the washers were broke there were issues, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I told him that I was planning on buying the Washer Replacement Kit anyways so if there were no other issues I'd keep it.. to which he replied that it wasn't a problem and if there were any other issues he'd refund me my money... well I finally got the replacement washers and got out a bolt that was stripped before I got it and found that both the main gears and one of the smaller gears have sustained substantial damage...

This means that the unit is not usable in its current condition and I'd like a refund for the $234USD that I sent him. I've tried e-mailing him a few times at both e-mail address that I have for him... no response... I've tried IM here... no response... so this is what I'm left with...

 

bump .. you bought it from my brother.. it was as-is as it was used.. it was in a working tranny when you bought it.. then 4-6months later you tell me its broke.. come on now.. go expletive off..

Bought it from you or your brother... either way it was Your ID and Your E-mail... so I'm relaying it back to you.
It's 3 months later because of waiting for other parts for my car, the repair kit, and trying to get out the bolt from the LSD that was stripped before I got it. That and the fact that I'm an accountant & I've been working 16hr days since the middle of January, and there is still 3 feet of snow on the ground here now. I told you about the problem when I got the LSD and you said not a problem... Obviously your word is worth as much as the LSD you sold me.

I was told that there were no problems with it, obviously there was since the gears are all mashed up and the washers are broken

I paid $234 to you, which is a fair price for a used OBX LSD.. .strange but I thought cash was something and you had no problem taking it.

I wouldn't have jumped your treads if you ACTUALLY REPLIED to me.

dude... got it in late Dec or Early Jan/08 and my car hasn't had an engine in it since last summer when I blew 3 piston ringlands on my turbo H22... so 3.5months... and we still have snow here so still not driveable even if my engine were ready, which it's not...

what I did was take it apart and discovered damage... that's it.

 

dude, i have many vouches, im not taking back something that was good when i sold it to you for you to have it for 6months and do what not to it.

ive sold blocks for over $1500 on here and had very many pleasant transactions not needing someone that broke what they bought and want there money back 6months later..

It was broke when you sent it to me, either that or GOD himself has a vengance on me because I haven't used it.

You gave me your word that you'd refund me the money if I found damage when I got it apart... guess your word is as good as the parts...

I served six months in jail for buying some hot **** that had nothing to do with me. Please be a good person and send me the bill of sale that I need so I can put the motor in my hatch. thanks man. I just got pulled over today driving my hatch and the cop made me pop my hood. Looking in my bay and confriming my name address .After waiting for while he gives me a verble warning for passing on the right. I was going 35 mph and had my seat belt on. It is crazy out here. I think you need to re-evaluate your dealing with your brother, that's the same thing you said to me when you, him, whomever, sold me the broken LSD...

He's obviously causing you trouble, and it's not hard to set-up an account on Honda-tech...

You should get him to set up his own account or take your own responsibility for selling parts on here under your name. What you're doing is deceiving.

this is what you said about the motor

its basically a brand new one.. you can bring ur car and install it or i can install it in my hatch and you can hear it run. i wouldnt SELL a junk motor and y would i want this price? its a mint mint engine..

I you can provide me with a bill of sale then I can bring is motor to your house and give me mine money back very simple.
