Default Will 99 civic Si springs fit a 97 civic DX?

Has anyone done this before? If they have, wgat is needed for the swap? Do I need to use different struts for spring mounting reasons? Does it lower it at all?

No drop whatsoever.

They will actually raise your car in the front.
