how do i change the rear crossmember on a 90 civic 4dr
i crashed my car and now i need change the rear crossmember and i just want an idea of what i need to take apart when i go to do this
Disconnect LCA, place aside;
Disconnect outer tie rod ball joints from steering knuckle;
Disconnect header from catalytic.
Disconnect Shift stabilizer bar and linkage
Inside the car disconnect the steering column from the rack at the base of the firewall
Drop four bolts on the crossmember.
Drink
You have P/S though, and I made sure to remove that first off on my Sedan so good luck with that portion

or you can do the 4 on top for the upper control arms, 4 for the struts, then the 4 holding the rear cross member, and then the 4 front ones...
This way the whole thing comes down fully assembled. It just falls out. its awesome...
