Ilm definently going to be out there running my car.. Should be fun! That track has gotten a lot better, so everyone should run pretty good.

 

I'll be there with Leslie and her all motor car. At least it will be warmer than Syracuse. I cant wait.

Just got stuff switched...looks like I will see some on Saturday. Next week needs to hurry up and get here.

Def.. I can't wait as well.. We have some Big News planned for BOTI at that race!!

 

Saturday is going to be a strange day at the track. They are having there weekly bracket points race going on Saturday evening, and those guys usually start to show up around 3pm. By 6pm the entire place is totally packed with trucks and trailers. Im not sure how the are logistically going to pull this one off, should be interesting.

Either way, I cant wait for sunday!

 

SpeedWorld is about 2 hours from me with traffic so I will be there. My car doesn't run fast enough for the class it will have to run it but it will be fun none the less! If I am lucky I won't qualify and then get to run brackets!

wow, brackets on Saturday night and then the race -- that place is going to be crazy -- i have heard that a lot of pro teams are coming up from Moroso to run this event so to have them all filing and parked and then the huge influx of Saturday night bracket racers coming in too that place is going to be a mad house, I do not envy the person or persons in charge of figuring that one out

..and according to the website ( http://www.speedworlddragway.com/schedule )the Battle Pro Classes are scheduled to qualify on Saturday sometime for the Sunday event as well

Sunday is going to be great though, excited to see how this event goes.

 

I wish I had the $$$ to get out there.

it shouldn't be too strange. this was the only way that we could get the PRO classes qualified earlier. if you recall, our events at OSW were typically on sunday. by the time we met with the scda, it was too late to turn our one-day event format into an official 2-day format.

however, the track does recognize the importance of our request and this was how they felt they could accomodate us. this is why we are qualiyfying PRO on saturday.

should be fine though with qualifying at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. the track isnt planning to race their bracket event until a few hours afterwards.
