FS: Suspension Techniques Sway Bar Set 92-95 Civic 93-97 del Sol
Hey guys, just pulled this sway bar set off my old build. only installed for about 4 months.
Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bar set. Part #52161. They are made for 92-95 Civics and 93-97 del Sols WITHOUT oem bars. This set uses bolt on adapters to mount the bars to the front LCAs and rear struts. Both bars are 19mm. They go for $260 new from jegs, all original hardware, bushing and instructions are included. These improved handling dramatically while avoiding switching LCAs, great for the street and track use. Only con is that they rattled on my carsound cat sometimes, nothing major.
$175 shipped. will not separate (the instructions say not too anyways)

you still use endlinks. there are brackets fr the lca's to attach the bar to the endlinks.

also in the pic. the endlinks are still installed on the front bar. they can be left on and it made it easier to install/remove instead of assembling them under the car. rear endlinks had to come off though so they are in the hardware bag.
It almost looks as if the bolts on the bottom would hit the ground if you had smaller wheels.
What if you have aftermarket rear lower control arms how would these work?
Also do you have to brace the rear subframe?

bolts are fairly low but i havent had any issues and i have 3 speed bumps in my apartment complex.
aftermarket LCAs arent really a factor, you would still use the shock brackets, thats how the bar is designed.
kit comes with a form of bracing. flat metal brakets that go on each side of the subframe. also these bars are on 19mm and dont put as much stress on the subframe.
