Default Needed: Thermostat Wiring Location

Hey guys I have a 89 accord (yes i know this is 90-02, the classic section is even more dead then this one) and the thermostat wiring is kinda rigged up and is not leading to anything. I need to know where to wire it into. It was leading towards the fuse box but I'm not sure. Any help, pictures, or even wiring diagrams are appreciated.

I have 4th gen diagram and not sure if it is same for a 89 car.

For a 4th generation car, the component with a wire on the thermostat housing is the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) switch A. The wire goes to fuse box. But not connect to a fuse. It is connected to:

1. Radiator fan relay in the under-hood fuse/relay box
2. Radiator fan control module and A/C diode located on the driver side under dash.
3. A/C condenser fan relay located on driver side close to headlights.
