Default NSX calipers?

Hey guys I tried using the search function but just got casified ads for calipers for sale. I was reading thought an old SCC mag that had a face of between 4 or 5 ITRS of various tuners. Well, dazz motorsports was in there and I noticed that they were running NSX calipers on stock sized rotors. Is this possible and if so, is it better than stock? What are the pros and cons, and how would I go about doing this, do I need anything else? Were do I get these calipers and how much. Any info would be greatly appricated. Thanks guys.

Using an NSX or legend 2 piston caliper will give you more control
but it will allow you the use of the 1.3" thick rotor vs .93 stock

Is the weight of NSX rotors w/ the thicker rotors lighter than stock?
