Default NOO!! My leather is Peeling!!!

i have the 04 with parchment leather and the 2 front seats are begining to peel, ALOT! i have been using some leather conditioner out of desperation but its not reducing the rate of peeling. I was considering seat covers on ebay that cost like 50 bucks, and im not sure if they are going to be good quality(i dont wanna buy anything cheap for my car) (leather/micofiber). Would i have to buy new front seats or can they be repaired?

you need to take care of it! either MOTHERS or Meguiar's car cleaning products

If they are peeling then I don't think any product will work to restore the leather at this point.
I'd consider new seats:
- Used from a RSX front buckets
- Used from another TSX
- Do alot of research and find a place to just recover the area's needed to be repaired
- Start looking at wreckers for another TSX being parted out. Not to long ago on another TSX board someone had a totalled TSX and basically parted out the entire car.

Best of luck

sounds like they are beyond saving, unfortunately many people fail to properly maintain leather What ever you replace it with, make sure to condition often.

[IMG][/IMG] id show u a pic but i cant figure out how. i bought it at 62 and now its at 66. The Meguiar's gold class leather conditioner is awesome, i really wish the previous owner would have used this, it completely stoped any further peeling after it settled in and the leather feels much more healthy. thanks for the tip but im contimplating rehupolstery (sp).

I'm gonna go for that too, just looked online and it's only £8 GBP. Bargain.
