Default suspension question

+koni yellow + eibach pro

-currently squeeking randomly, i do not know if my ears are bad or what but it seems front left and either one on the rear

-do i need to change bushings or what? how much it cost to change bushings and how hard is it to do?

-What happens if i keep letting it squeek around and not change bushings (assuming that is the issue if not others)

-would anything change if i stiffen or soften? (planning to make them completely stiff tomorrow and see what happens)

I am on the same boat as you. Same struts but with Eibach Sportline. Same description as you mentioned.

todays update: I've come to a conclusion that the squeeking is pretty random... altho i currently have my koni COMPLETELY FIRM it may seem that the squeeking has decreased for some reason but i will try to have them completely stiff for a few more days.

What happens if you have your shocks completely firm when you squeek? will they blow?

less hope its nothing major and squeeking does nothing but makes sounds

probably not related at all but i noticed after i made my shocks hella firm, my climate controls like when i switch between air selections like Foot/Head, to Air thru windows, and to like just upper air theres some KNOCK a second after i switch...
ex) i press air thru windows switch (1 second later DONK) i then press head area air passage (DONK)

on the other hand it's pretty damn fun, car hops and bounces every couple seconds
even on flat road (do not know of thats normal or what... and it hops/bouncey on flat freway also)

actually my suspensions squeek very bad now that its firm, i think it squeeks a lot more then b4, like every so often

so what is it? bushings or what? should i just have them inspected because i don't have the key for my lugs to self inspect.

ok about shortening the life span of ur shocks if u drive on them daily like that yes. they will go bad faster but not drastically remember the firmer setting r 4 qqick burst down the 1320 not for the harshness of daily driving. 2 question hopping around like that is not only abnormal but also dangerous that tells me that u def. have a dampner problem. check 4 n e fluid around ur shocks (there shouldnt be ne) also does the noise happen when u turn at all or does it happen when ur just going straight. if it does it when u turn then it could be ur Con. arms or tie rods easy check if the car does while turning right then its the left side that is bad n vice versa. also lift the front end put ur hands east n west of the tire n check 4 n e movement if there is then u got bad tie rod ends. hope i helped

I think ill take it somewhere to check on the weekend or a few days, I don't have much time nowadays.

how much of an estimated fix is this?

my squeeking is apparently pretty random but very often, going over bumps, uneven roads, turns and what not.

So should i turn my suspensions all the way back to soft?

my suspensions are now 100% soft, they squeek less but its still there...
