Brake problems help!
i was in an accident and my rotor some how shattered, now i've replaced the rotor and pads, the brake resoivor is full and when the car isn't on, the brake has stiff pressure, but the second i turn on the car pressure goes away and i'd have to pump twice to even stop the car, does neone have any tips on my problem? maybe a new slave cylinder?
There is no slave cylinder per se. The "slave cylinders" are the caliper pistons.
Doesn't sound like a master cylinder problem to me.
Sounds like air in the system or a faulty caliper.

Ditto.
How far did the piston come out of the caliper when the rotor broke?

Check to make sure that your calipers are sliding freely on their slide pins, and that you don't have any stuck pistons. If the car has rear drums, spin the ratcheting adjuster for the shoes and check the wheel cylinders for proper operation. Bleed out the system again. What car is it?
