Im looking for 17k. Cheapest K20 ITR on the market with tons of mods and kind of local (WI)

hhmmm..... well im thinking about selling my 06 evo MR. i already have a k20-R EG, 91 EF SI w/B16 and a AE86. can you take some parts off to make it a little cheaper?
