VTI (B16) front brakes swap to EF hatch

VTI (B16) front brakes swap to EF hatch
So, I want to swap front discs and calipers from VTI civic 6.gen (B16, 1996 - 2000), to my 1990 EF d16 hatch. I think that only thing I need is a caliper relocation bracket. Am I right or not? Does anyone have some measurements for that bracket, or any link that could help me. Thank you, Leo
