how can i stop it from squeaking?

If it is sqeuking when you press and release your pedal that is normal.

If you are saying that your clutch pedal squeaks when depressed and released it is quite common. Mine has been doing it for years with no ill effects *knocks on wood*

It is kind of anoying, and I too would like to know what thr remidy is.
